About
Ik ben Lily Stockmans, fotograaf in Antwerpen. Geboren in Amerika, met Belgische roots. Ik verhuisde hierheen om multimedia te studeren aan de KdG. Daarvoor woonde ik in Californië, waar ik werkte op een ranch in de heuvels bij Saratoga en leerde rijden.
Auto's en motoren kwamen later. Wat me aantrekt aan alle drie is moeilijk te omschrijven: de vrijheid om te gaan waar je wilt, zo snel als je wilt, en het gevoel dat zelfs een machine een eigen karakter heeft. De motorbeweging raakt me het meest. Verschijn ergens en je bent meteen deel van iets. Ik hou van de mods, de builds, de mensen.
Ik fotografeer professioneel vanaf 2022 en werkte voor Stephex Group, Kick and Rush en KdG.

Cars and motorcycles came later. What draws me to all three is hard to put into words: the freedom to go wherever you want, as fast as you want, and the feeling that even a machine has its own personality. The motorcycle community especially hits different. Show up anywhere and you're immediately part of something. I love the builds, the mods, the people.
I've been shooting professionally since 2022, working with Stephex Group, Kick and Rush, and KdG.
